Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and can be cancelled at any time from your Apple ID settings. If you cancel, your data stays exactly where it is and you keep read access to everything, with the Free plan limits applying to new additions.

FAQs.
- Is there a family or team plan?
- Not yet. Collection sharing on Pro lets you invite others to a specific collection without them needing a paid plan to view it.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Collections. uses your existing iCloud account. We hold no login, no password and none of your data.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Nothing. It stays in your iCloud and in the app. You can export it as PDF reports or portable collection archives at any time, locally or to Dropbox or OneDrive.
- Does one subscription cover all my devices?
- Yes. Pro follows your Apple ID, so subscribing on one device unlocks it on every Mac, iPhone and iPad signed in to the same account.
- Do you have market pricing feeds?
- Not yet. For now, valuations are yours to enter and keep current. Live market feeds are planned for 2027 as part of a new Pro+ tier.
- Can my insurer access my collection?
- Yes, in more than one way. Generate an insurance report and send it to them, or share the collection itself if they use Collections.
