Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and can be cancelled at any time from your Apple ID settings. If you cancel, your data stays exactly where it is and you keep read access to everything, with the Free plan limits applying to new additions.

- Is there a family or team plan?
- Not yet. Collection sharing on Pro lets you invite others to a specific collection without them needing a paid plan to view it.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Collections. uses your existing iCloud account. We hold no login, no password and none of your data.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Nothing. It stays in your iCloud and in the app. You can export it as PDF reports or portable collection archives at any time.
