Art, watches, jewellery, vehicles, wine and spirits, coins, books, cards, stamps, LEGO, vinyl, comics, ceramics, instruments, boats and more. Choose from 27 collection types, each with its own vocabulary, fields and maker roster. An art collection talks about artists and works. A vehicle collection talks about makes and models. Nothing feels out of place.
Cataloguing that respects your time.
Add an item in seconds with the streamlined creation flow, then fill in the detail when you have it: provenance, acquisition date, declared value, condition, location, images and documents. Scan a barcode to pull in a book, a record or a LEGO set. Mark items as held for sale or sold and keep the full history either way.
Always in sync, always yours.
Your catalogue lives in your own iCloud account and syncs quietly between Mac, iPhone and iPad. Metadata moves first so your library is usable in moments, with images following in the background. We never see your data, and there is no account to create with us.
Reports worth printing.
Generate clean A4 PDF reports for insurers, valuers, estates or your own records. Consistent typography, correct column layout and your images resolved before the page is laid out. Export a single item, a collection or the whole portfolio.
Insights and a curator.
See your portfolio at a glance: totals, growth by month and year, price ranges by category and recent additions. The Curator surfaces what deserves attention, from missing valuations to works that have been out on loan too long.
Loans and sharing.
Track works lent to galleries, museums or friends with dates and contacts. Share a collection with a partner, an advisor or a co-owner through iCloud sharing, and choose what they can see and change.
Backups and rewind.
Automatic library snapshots let you step back to any earlier state. Export a portable copy of a collection to send to someone else or to keep offline.

Lock the app behind Face ID, Touch ID or a PIN. Everything stays in your iCloud, encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. No analytics, no trackers, no third-party servers.

Widgets on your Home Screen and desktop, a menu bar item on the Mac, full Dynamic Type and accessibility support, light and dark appearance. Collections. uses only stock Apple components, so it looks and behaves the way your other apps do.
